Booking a group ski trip doesn't need to be a faff. Our Bristol-based team of ski experts are here to create your perfect trip, with flexible options, great value and support every step of the way.
Can everyone in the group fly from different airports?
Yes, and this is one of the things that makes Heidi unique. Each person can fly from their nearest airport, arrive on a different day, and join the trip on their own terms, all on one booking.
Does the whole group have to travel on the same dates?
Not at all. Some people want a full week, others can only manage a long weekend. With Heidi, group members can arrive and depart on different days. One booking, total flexibility.
How does the Heidi free trip plan work?
Tell us about your group - size, abilities, budget, where you fancy going - and we'll assign you a ski expert who'll come back with handpicked options tailored to your trip. It's free, there's no obligation, and it saves you hours of research. Most group organisers find it makes the whole process significantly easier
Can each person add their own ski hire, lessons and lift passes?
Yes. Every member of the group can manage their own extras independently. The group organiser can add ski hire, a lift pass, or lessons at the time of booking, or individuals can do this later via the MyBooking app. No more chasing people for their kit preferences.
Does Heidi cater for mixed-ability ski groups?
Absolutely. The best resorts for mixed-ability groups have terrain for everyone - from gentle blues for beginners to serious off-piste for the experts. We'll point you towards resorts with linked ski areas and plenty of choice, so beginners and advanced skiers can go their own way on the mountain and regroup at lunch.
How do payments work for a group booking?
You can lock in your trip with just a £99 deposit per person, with the remaining balance scheduled into monthly payments before your trip. Or if you'd prefer, you can pay an initial deposit and and pay the rest off when it suits you, as per our booking conditions.
How far in advance should we book a group ski holiday?
As early as possible. Early booking gives you the best choice of accommodation, secures your preferred dates, and means no scramble for lessons or ski hire. The most popular group resorts and accommodations fill up fast and you can often get a better deal by booking early.
Can non-skiers come on the trip?
Of course. Many of our resorts have great off-slope options including spas, snowshoeing, mountain restaurants, and village life. If someone in your group doesn't ski, or only wants to ski some of the time, there'll be plenty to keep them happy while the rest are on the mountain. Our experts can advise on the best resorts that have something for everyone.
Can Heidi organise corporate ski trips and team-building events?
Yes. Whether you're rewarding a team, hosting clients, or planning an incentive trip, we can take care of the whole thing. Accommodation, flights, transfers, lift passes, hire and lessons in one place. Our dedicated Large group & corporate trip expert Abbie will handle the planning so you can focus on the team.
Is a ski holiday with Heidi financially protected?
Yes. All flight-inclusive holidays booked through Heidi are ATOL protected (ATOL 11456), which means your money is safe if anything goes wrong.
How do I get the ball rolling on a ski holiday?
The easiest way is to fill in the form at the top of this page, drop us a message or give us a call on 0117 457 6000. Tell us roughly how many people, when you're thinking of going, and any resorts you've got in mind (or ask us to suggest some). The more info you can give us, the more personalised your trip options will be. Then we can discuss your options together and tailor the trip to suit your group.
